The system consists of three different parts: BXNG WASHER parts cleaning machine, our degreasing solution, and microbial filter pad. There are millions of microorganisms in the solution, which decompose or 'eat' the oil and grease washed off dirty parts in the system, converting them all into harmless carbon dioxide and water. This process keeps the fluid clean and sturdy every time it is used, reducing the need for hazardous waste disposal and the associated expensive service contracts.

Microbial filter pad
The BXNG WASHER microbial filter pad has three uses:-
- Filter a large amount of pollutants and extend fluid life
- Protecting the most comfortable growth environment for microorganisms
- Buffer water flow impact, effectively protecting microorganisms
Our microbiologists have identified and provided specific microorganisms in our filter pads to degrade different types of oils and fats found in the industry where we work. All microorganisms are classified as biosafety level 1 and have no pathogenicity or risk to humans or animals.
BXNG degreasing solution
Our scientists have developed a degreasing solution that works in conjunction with our microbial filter pad to clean dirty parts while keeping the fluid clean. BXNG degreasing solution is as powerful as a solvent, but not dangerous, designed to quickly and effectively remove oily components of fats and oils. Solvent free and pH neutral, it is an ideal solution for microbial survival. Heating the machine to 38 ° C helps reduce the viscosity of oil and grease on the parts, making removal easier. This surfactant degreaser is more pleasant to use and does not release steam or volatile organic compounds. The concentration of surfactants in the formula is specifically selected by our chemists to minimize pollutant particles (hydrocarbons), so that microorganisms can easily decompose them. This can ensure that the oil stays clean for a longer period of time.

With our machine innovation, we are now introducing energy-saving and environmentally friendly modes into BXNG WASHER, which can keep the temperature at around 38 ° C for a long time even when not in use (at night and on weekends) due to the double-layer wall thickness. This not only saves energy costs, but we have now developed an ideal environment for the growth of microorganisms; The working temperature of 38 ° C is very suitable for cleaning, but we have introduced microorganisms that grow at lower temperatures, which means that healthy microorganisms will degrade the oil the best, ensuring our customers receive the best possible cleaning performance. We strike a balance between cleaning performance and bioremediation to achieve optimal results.
Easy to maintain
Thanks to BXNG WASHER's unique bioremediation technology, the generation of waste liquid is greatly reduced, reducing the cost for service contractors to regularly remove hazardous waste and bringing huge savings to users.
BXNG WASHER is safe and easy to maintain internally. It only needs to replace the microbial filter pad once a month and fill up with SP-01 high activity microbial cleaning solution when the low liquid level indicator light is displayed.
